Stephen and Chris were great. Called and listed our home with them, and sold in about 30 days. The photographer they used to shoot the photos was wonderful. They had great suggestions on what to do with the interior to get it ready to sell. We took all of their suggestions to heart and followed their instructions, to our benefit. The only item I had a problem with, (because I'm old and not tech savvy) was that almost all correspondence and communication with them was through email and their listing app. Sometimes emails were not followed up on, and we had to call. Feedback from showings was all done on the app. I would have loved to get a little more feedback in person, or by phone call when it came to showing feedback. Not much info on the app, no real suggestions on how to improve or what to do differently. Other than that- a wonderful team at Happel.
